Here are some frequently asked questions:

Can I order a custom Retro Outfitters shirt?

At this time, we don’t typically take custom orders.  If you would like to send in an inquiry regarding custom orders, we can review on an individual basis.  

We are not able to change the wording on any of the shirts in their existing design. We always take new ideas for phrases though! Please email us your fun ideas at info@retro-outfitters.com.

Retro Outfitters does not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you are unhappy with your order, you can return it for store credit in original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Tips About Shipping

If you upgrade your shipping at checkout by choosing Priority Mail rather than First Class, that does not decrease production time. Production time is always 3-4 business days, regardless of chosen shipping speed. Upgrading your shipping just makes the US Postal Service move a little bit faster. 🙂

We use USPS to ship all orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our facility. Retro Outfitters is NOT responsible for delays in delivery because of USPS shipping delays. Please keep in mind there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your package to you faster after we have left it in the hands of the USPS. Please use the tracking number provided to you before reaching out. The information provided with your tracking number is the same information we have. International shipping can take several weeks.

If your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS. But also, please reach out! We want to help in any way we can. You can reach us by email at info@retro-outfitters.com.

Free Shipping Over $50 only applies to US orders. We do ship worldwide and shipping will calculate automatically at checkout based on your location. Retro Outfitters is not responsible for any customs & import taxes when shipping to other countries.

 

I was sent the wrong shirt/defective shirt

Quality and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.

If we ship you the incorrect item or you receive a shirt with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@retro-outfitters.com with your order number and the specifics on what the problem is. We will work with you to fix the issue as quickly as possible. This is typically done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake!

All exchanges must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping expenses for exchanges are upon the customer, but we will pay the return shipping to get you the correct shirt for US ORDERS ONLY. Customers outside the United States will be responsible for exchange shipping both ways.

We urge you to please refer to the size chart before ordering.  That is located under EACH product and in depth on the lower section of this page.

Turnaround Time

A lot of our product is ready to ship to you.  If we need to special print your shirt, we will contact you ASAP via the contact information you provided during the ordering process.  All orders ship within 1-3 business days (not including shipping). 

What are the care instructions for Retro Outfitters tees?

For longest lasting wear, wash all shirts inside out with cold water. Hang drying is preferred, but who has time for that?! Your shirts will be fine when dried on low heat.  If the shirt is on white fabric, that is typically 100% cotton and WILL SHRINK one inch in all directions when dried in a hot dryer.  We recommend you consider sizing up.

How to measure: To find your right fit, we recommend measuring a shirt you own and like the fit of (laid flat) and compare with our size chart.

Kids Unisex T-Shirt Fit

The kid tees are printed on Gildan Soft Style shirts.

 

 

Adult Unisex T-Shirt Fit

The Adult tees are printed on Bella + Canvas Unisex shirt.
